It is fully functional and has no limit to the number of files or fields the user needs to create. The implementation is reduced to inputting information into a flat and visually friendly format whereby typing errors are easily recognised.

An example of an "Orders.csv" file is shown below. This file has been created by a Sales Clerk of Company X and is to update and append the Current orders in their scheduling software. This has saved a lot of time as is really built to receive data rather than have it created within it. It is easy for the Operator to check that the data is correct, it is straightforward flat entry, etc..

There is no limit to the number of Fields.

To create your files, select "File>Edit Task" and the screen below will appear.
In here you will give your Task a recognisable Name and define the Path and a unique file name.
Give each "Field Name" a label and "Field Type" and set the "Default" value, if any.
Finally, check or uncheck the boxes in the "Reset" column. For example, to save you repeat entry when using this Tool, you can leave the data in the field for the next record. You may have more than one item on an Order and they would be for the same Customer. Therefore, you would soon get fed up of re-entering this data for every record, so the Order Number and Customer would remain until changed.
